A587 from Germany in Belgium

Two weeks ago, a Franklin's Gull was present for a few days along river Meuse at Liege. I had to be in Belgium Ardennes for work, and could spend a few hours searching (and not finding) the bird. Instead, had this white ringed German Black-headed Gull A587.
