Any oopinion about this white winged gull?

Dear friends:
This gull was sighted yesterday 18.1.2015 in NW top of Spain.
All dark tail, all dark bill, but I have no many experience with kumlien´s. It has not the best primary pattern for kum, perhaps, but I think this is a good candidate...
Any opinion about it?.

The primaries are not very convincing indeed, but the tail pattern certainly is outside of the variation seen in glaucoides.
Therefore I would call this a Kumlien's Gull.
