Hi
I saw this gull few days ago. I'm wondering is it possible to be a hybrid with delawarensis. The eye is extreme pale, mirror on P9 looks like in RBG and bill is quite strong with nice black band.

Rather than a hybrid, this is far more likely a Russian Common Gull (heinei).
