Found by Carl Baggott on January 13th 2017 in Herăstrău Park (Bucharest - 44°28'28.25"N 26° 5'23.38"E). Found again in the same place on January 14 and found at 44°29'13.69"N 26° 4'58.55"E on January 25th.
