Hello gullers,

would like to ask your opinions about these 2 gulls. Photographed yesterday at Malaga harbour, Spain, by Salva Garcia.

Is this one suitable for a pure cachinnans?

hi gabi,

both look good for pure cachinnans, even with the concentration of "pencilstreaks" around eye. scapular pattern is one of the variations caspian gull can show and greater covert and tail pattern are good as well.

good gulling 2014!
