Caspian or not?

LWHG taken from 14.12.16 to 16.12.19 in Central France (landfill site of Sonzay, Indre-et-Loire) by Patrick Derrien.
On the ringing file: Herring Gull group (Larus argentatus/michahellis/cachinnans), ringed as an adult on 2.5.16, Reddern (DE).
The ringer thinks it to be a Caspian x Herring hybrid…
