Re: Great Black-Backed Gull? NW Italy
Hello, the tail showed a faint and interrupted black terminal band, not so neat and thick like the one of michahellis.
This is a shot in flight. Poor quality, but the tail pattern and the inner primary flash are visible.

Is this a GBBG? Could this be a female, due to the rounded head and small bill? https://www.flickr.com/photos/48743015@N03/16377460771/ https://www.flickr.com/photos/48743015@N03/16377460951/in/photostream/ https://www.flickr.com/photos/48743015@N03/16191551288/in/photostream/ https://www.flickr.com...

Hello, this is the invidual i've already seen a few days ago, and of which I posted some pics. Today it showed again and I was able to make a little better pics. I noticed that the black tail bar was not clear and neat like the other michahellis, but blurred and faint. I think is a GBBG. Can you con...

Gulls from NW Italy
Hello, what do you think about them? as for the first one, I'm not sure if this could be a michahellis or LBBG. As for the second, i think it is a michahellis. The third one shows some characters intermediate between chachinnans and michahellis, what do you think? 1)https://www.flickr.com/photos/487...

HG or YLG?
Hello I took these (ugly) pics Yesterday on North west of Italy. On the field I noticed for White spots on the primaries and the bill showed a lighter Yellow tone at the base and for most part of it. The bill tipo was a brighter Yellow with a little red and black on it. https://www.flickr.com/photos...
